To cancel your ZIK Analytics subscription, log into your account, open the Management Panel, click Billing, and then click Cancel. The whole thing takes about two minutes. If you paid through PayPal, you also need to cancel the automatic payment agreement on PayPal’s side, or a future charge can still slip through. And if you’re on the $1 trial, the calendar matters: miss the 7-day window and ZIK charges the full plan price with no refund.
Cancel From the ZIK Dashboard
Sign in to ZIK Analytics and work through three clicks:
- Open the Management Panel from the top navigation bar.
- Click the Billing tab.
- Click Cancel and complete the confirmation prompts.

Also Cancel Inside PayPal If You Paid That Way
PayPal keeps its own record of the automatic payment agreement with ZIK, and that agreement can outlive the cancellation on ZIK’s side. To close it:
- Log into PayPal and go to Settings.
- Click Payments.
- Select Subscriptions and Saved Businesses (or Automatic Payments, depending on your interface).
- Find ZIK Analytics in the list.
- Click Cancel to stop all future automatic transfers.

The 7-Day Trial Deadline
ZIK Analytics offers a 7-day trial for $1 on monthly and annual plans. If you don’t cancel before those seven days are up, ZIK automatically charges the full subscription price and does not issue a refund. There is no grace period.3ZIK Help Center. How Does the 7-Day Trial Policy Work
Refund rules by plan:
- Monthly and annual plans: no refunds once the 7-day trial ends. If you forget to cancel during the trial, you’re locked into at least one billing cycle.

Set a reminder for day 5 or 6 of the trial. Day 7 is cutting it too close.
What Happens After You Cancel
Your account doesn’t shut off the moment you click Cancel. You typically keep access to the tools through the end of the billing period you already paid for. Pay on the 5th, cancel on the 18th, and you’ll usually still have access until the next billing date.
Check the dashboard after canceling. The status should show a pending termination or an expiration date. If it still shows an active subscription, something didn’t go through, and you should contact support before the next billing cycle hits. Keep the confirmation email, and take a screenshot of the dashboard status. Both are useful if a charge shows up later.
When To Contact Support
Reach out through ZIK’s help center if the self-service cancellation fails or if you’re requesting a refund on a Lifetime plan. ZIK does not offer phone support.1ZIK Help Center. Stopping Payment At Your Bank As A Last Resort
If you’ve canceled inside ZIK and PayPal and charges still appear, you can stop the payment at the bank. Under Regulation E, your bank or credit union must honor a stop-payment order on a preauthorized recurring debit as long as you notify them at least three business days before the next scheduled transfer, and the bank must keep blocking payments from that merchant until you say otherwise.5Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. 12 CFR 1005.10 – Preauthorized Transfers – Official Interpretations
The request can be made orally, but the bank may ask you to follow up in writing within 14 days. Some banks charge a small fee. Use this as a fallback. Canceling through ZIK’s dashboard and PayPal is cleaner and avoids arguments about whether you still owe for a billing period that already started.
