What to Have Ready

The Seven-Day Deadline

No Refunds, but Access Continues
Super Star doesn’t issue refunds after cancellation. If the Reason Is a New Vehicle, Consider Transferring Instead
If you’re canceling because your car was sold, donated, or is no longer running, a transfer to a replacement vehicle may be the better move. Super Star allows transfers when the original vehicle is inoperable, sold, or donated and you’ve bought or leased a replacement. You have to report the ownership change to the company, and a new RFID tag will be installed on the replacement vehicle. If You’re Still Being Charged After Canceling
This is where cancellations go wrong most often. You submit the request, assume it worked, and a month later there’s another charge on your statement. Start by contacting Super Star through their website with proof of the original cancellation: the confirmation email if you canceled online, or the certified mail receipt if you sent a letter.
If the company doesn’t fix it, you have a second lane.
