How to Cancel Your Solidcore Membership: 30-Day Notice and Refunds

To cancel your solidcore membership, submit a cancellation request through the chat widget at solidcore.co/manage-membership or the online form at memberships.solidcore.co at least 30 days before your next billing date.1[solidcore]. Manage Membership Miss that window and you’ll be charged for one more cycle. The request itself takes a few minutes; the timing is what trips people up.

The 30-Day Notice, Counted Backward

Every cancellation needs at least 30 days’ advance notice before your next auto-renewal date.2[solidcore]. Cancellation Policy Count backward from your billing date, not forward from today. If your card is charged on the 15th, your request has to be in by the 15th of the prior month. Submit on the 16th and you’re paying for another month.

Month-to-month memberships keep auto-renewing until you cancel inside that window.3Solidcore. Solidcore Terms and Conditions Not sure of your renewal date? Check an old solidcore email receipt or find the most recent charge on your bank statement. That’s your anchor.

How to Submit the Request

The official route is the chat feature on solidcore’s website:1[solidcore]. Manage Membership

  • Go to solidcore.co/manage-membership and open the chat icon in the bottom-right corner.
  • Click “Contact us” inside the chat window.
  • Say you’d like to cancel your membership.
  • Fill out and submit the cancellation request form you’re sent.

You can also go directly to the form at memberships.solidcore.co, which solidcore’s terms name as the designated cancellation portal.3Solidcore. Solidcore Terms and Conditions Either way, save proof. Screenshot the confirmation, keep any confirmation email, and note the date and time you submitted. If a dispute comes up later, that record is what you’ll rely on.

If the chat can’t resolve something, solidcore’s client experience team is reachable at solidcore@solidcore.co.3Solidcore. Solidcore Terms and Conditions Email that address if a submitted request stalls or you never get confirmation.

If You’re on a Commitment Membership

Canceling before a commitment term ends may trigger an early cancellation fee.1[solidcore]. Manage Membership Solidcore doesn’t publish the amount, so it depends on what you signed. Pull up your original membership agreement, or ask the client experience team what your early termination cost would be before you submit anything.

The 30-day notice rule still applies. If your commitment period is ending on its own, get the cancellation in at least 30 days before that final renewal date, otherwise you roll into a fresh month-to-month cycle.3Solidcore. Solidcore Terms and Conditions

Medical Issues or Relocation

Solidcore may ask for documentation if you’re ending your membership outside the standard process, which covers situations like a medical condition that prevents you from attending or a move away from any studio location.1[solidcore]. Manage Membership The site doesn’t spell out exactly which documents qualify. Email solidcore@solidcore.co and ask what they need for your situation before you start gathering paperwork.

For a medical exit, a doctor’s note describing your limitation is a reasonable starting point. For a move, proof of a new address is the likely ask. Ask first rather than guess.

Freeze Instead of Cancel

If you just need a break, solidcore gives one complimentary two-week freeze per calendar year.3Solidcore. Solidcore Terms and Conditions Request it through the same manage-membership page, and submit at least 30 days before you want the pause to begin.

For a medical freeze that may run longer than two weeks, email Memberships@solidcore.co directly. Local studios generally can’t process freezes and will route you to the corporate team anyway. A doctor’s note speeds things up. If there’s a delay on solidcore’s side, the membership team can sometimes make retroactive adjustments so you don’t lose classes during the wait.

What Happens to Classes, Refunds, and Charges

Once your cancellation is processed, unused classes expire and don’t roll over.3Solidcore. Solidcore Terms and Conditions You typically keep access through the end of your current paid billing period, so book what you can before that date.

Don’t expect a refund. Solidcore’s terms state all sales are final and no refunds are given for missed or expired classes, regardless of whether you’re on a monthly membership or a class package.3Solidcore. Solidcore Terms and Conditions The 30-day notice structure is set up so your last charge covers your final month of access.

After your final billing date, watch your bank or card statements for at least two cycles to confirm charges have stopped. If an unexpected charge shows up, email solidcore@solidcore.co with your cancellation confirmation attached. Under the FTC’s negative option rule, which took effect in January 2025, companies have to make canceling as easy as signing up and stop charges promptly once you cancel.4Federal Trade Commission. Statement of the Commission Regarding the Negative Option Rule If solidcore keeps billing after a properly submitted cancellation, that federal rule is worth citing when you push back.

One Thing Not to Confuse

Canceling your membership is not the same as canceling a booked class. Late class cancellations (inside 10 hours of start time), no-shows, and arrivals more than five minutes late cost you the credit and may trigger a location-based fee separate from any membership decision.2[solidcore]. Cancellation Policy Ending your membership doesn’t erase a class-cancellation fee already assessed, and skipping classes doesn’t count as canceling your membership.
