To cancel a Pornhub account, delete the profile from the settings menu, and if you pay for Premium, cancel that subscription separately before you delete anything. The deletion is immediate and permanent, so handle the billing side first or recurring charges can keep running after your profile is gone.
Delete a Free Account
On a desktop browser, open the dropdown menu in the top-right corner next to your profile picture, choose “My Settings,” then click the “Delete Account” tab. On mobile, tap your profile icon, choose “My Settings,” and select “Delete Account” under the Member Profile section.1Pornhub Help. A confirmation prompt asks you to verify. Once you confirm, the account is gone. Pornhub does not offer a recovery grace period or an undo button, so deleted accounts cannot be reinstated.2Pornhub Help. Can I Restore My Deleted Account Coming back later means starting a new account from scratch.
Cancel Premium Before You Delete
Deleting your profile and canceling a paid Premium subscription are two separate actions. If you only delete the account, the billing processor may keep charging you. Cancel the subscription first, then delete the free account second. That order matters.
To cancel Premium directly, go to the support portal at support.pornhubpremium.com and follow the instructions there. You can also use the “I want to cancel my membership” option inside the site’s contact form.3Pornhub Help. How Do I Cancel My Premium Membership
Find Your Billing Processor
Pornhub does not process payments itself. Third-party billing companies handle the charges, and their names, not “Pornhub,” appear on your bank or credit card statement. When you first signed up, a welcome email arrived with the name of the billing company that accepted your payment. Check your inbox and spam folder for that email.4Pornhubpremium Support. Canceling Through Apple or Google Play
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, the cancellation happens on Apple’s side. On an iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, select “Subscriptions,” find Pornhub Premium, and tap “Cancel Subscription.” A missing cancel button or a red expiration message means the subscription is already canceled. On free or discounted trials, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid a renewal charge.5Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple
For Google Play subscriptions, open the Play Store app on your Android device, tap your account profile, choose “Payments & Subscriptions,” pick the subscription, and tap “Cancel subscription.” Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription. You have to go through the Play Store.
Wipe Your Personal Data
Deleting the account removes your profile. If you also want your personal data scrubbed from Pornhub’s systems, use the separate data deletion portal. You enter your email, receive an authorization link, click it to confirm your identity, and then select which account’s data to delete.6Pornhub. Delete My Personal Data
