How to Cancel Your PixVerse Subscription and Get a Refund

To cancel a PixVerse subscription, go to the same place you signed up: the PixVerse website, the Apple App Store, or Google Play. That last part matters. A subscription billed through Apple or Google can only be stopped inside that app store, and trying to cancel on the PixVerse site instead is the most common reason people get charged again after thinking they were done.

Check Where You’re Being Billed

Open your email and find the most recent PixVerse receipt or charge notification. If the charge came from Apple or Google, you subscribed through an app store and have to cancel there. If it came from PixVerse directly, or you see a Stripe payment reference, you’ll cancel on the PixVerse website. Confirm this before doing anything else.

Cancel on the PixVerse Website

Log into your account at the PixVerse website using whatever sign-in method you originally used, whether that was Google, Discord, or an email and password. Click your profile icon and open the billing or subscription section. PixVerse routes billing management through a billing page connected to its payment processor.

Look for a Manage Subscription or Cancel Plan option. Clicking it usually redirects you to a Stripe-hosted portal showing your plan, next billing date, and payment method. Select the cancellation option, confirm when prompted, and wait for the on-screen message that your subscription will not renew. Take a screenshot of that confirmation. If PixVerse asks why you’re leaving, you can skip or pick any answer; it has no effect on the cancellation.

Cancel Through the Apple App Store

If you subscribed on an iPhone or iPad, Apple is billing you, and the PixVerse website cannot stop those charges.

  • Open the Settings app and tap your name at the top.
  • Tap Subscriptions.
  • Find PixVerse in the list of active subscriptions and tap it.
  • Tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down to see the button.

If there’s no Cancel Subscription button and you instead see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled or has expired.1Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple

Cancel Through Google Play

PixVerse is on Google Play with in-app purchases, so Android subscribers cancel through Google.

  • Open the Google Play app and tap your profile icon.
  • Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  • Select PixVerse from the list.
  • Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

You can also reach the same screen through your device’s Settings app: tap Google, then your name, then Manage your Google Account, then Payments & subscriptions.2Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play

What Happens After You Cancel

Canceling stops future charges but doesn’t cut off access right away. You typically keep your paid features until the end of the current billing cycle. If you paid on the 5th, expect access through the 4th of the following month.

After that, your account reverts to whatever free functionality PixVerse offers. Videos you already generated should stay accessible, but premium generation features and higher credit allotments will stop. Check your dashboard for a status change, and save the confirmation email as proof you canceled before the next renewal date.

Refunds and Unauthorized Charges

PixVerse’s published terms don’t lay out a detailed consumer refund policy, so a refund for the remainder of a paid period is not guaranteed. If you subscribed through Apple or Google, refund requests go through that platform’s support rather than PixVerse.
