To cancel a Pawfy subscription, use the subscription portal on Pawfy’s website or email support@pawfy.com. Pawfy has no customer service phone line, so those are the two direct channels. If you paid through PayPal or Shop Pay, you can also stop the recurring charge from inside those platforms.
Cancel Through the Subscription Portal
The self-service portal is the fastest option because no agent has to process the request. Open Pawfy’s subscription management page and enter the email address you used for your original order. The system pulls up your active plan and gives you options to change delivery frequency or cancel.1Pawfy. Access Subscription
Use the same email tied to your original purchase. If you’re not sure which one, search your inbox for a Pawfy order confirmation. The wrong email means the portal won’t find your account and you’ll need to email support instead.
Select cancel, confirm when prompted, and screenshot the confirmation screen before you close the tab. That image is your proof if a charge shows up later.
Cancel by Emailing Support
If the portal isn’t working, email support@pawfy.com and ask for cancellation.2Pawfy. Access Subscription Include your full name, the email on the account, and an order number from any past receipt. More identifiers means less back-and-forth.
Be direct. A subject line like “Cancel Subscription — [Your Name]” and a first sentence that asks for full cancellation leaves no room for a pause-instead offer or a retention discount to muddy the record. Ask for written confirmation that no further charges will be processed, and keep that reply.
Timing matters. Pawfy says it cannot cancel individual orders once they’ve been processed because of its fulfillment speed.3Pawfy. Returns and Delivery Cancel well ahead of your next shipment date rather than on the day. If a shipment has already gone out, the return policy is your route instead.
Stop Recurring Billing on PayPal or Shop Pay
If you signed up through PayPal or Shop Pay, those platforms hold their own billing authorization. Revoking it there, in addition to canceling with Pawfy, closes the loop on future charges.
PayPal
On the PayPal website, go to Settings, then Payments, then the automatic payments or subscriptions section. Find Pawfy and cancel the automatic payment. In the mobile app, open the menu, tap Subscriptions or Linked Businesses, select Pawfy, and choose “Stop Paying with PayPal.”4PayPal. What Is an Automatic Payment and How Do I Update or Cancel One
Shop Pay
Manage Shop Pay subscriptions through your Shop account in a web browser, not the Shop app. Sign in, click your account icon, open the Account tab, then Subscriptions. Select the Pawfy plan and click Manage Subscription, which sends you to the merchant’s customer account page to finish canceling.5Shop Help Center. Manage Your Shop Pay Subscriptions
Deleting a card from your Shop Pay wallet does not cancel an active subscription. Billing continues on the existing schedule until you cancel the subscription itself.5Shop Help Center. Manage Your Shop Pay Subscriptions
Confirm the Cancellation Went Through
Don’t treat the job as done without written confirmation. From the portal, that’s the confirmation screen or email. From support, that’s a reply explicitly saying the subscription has been ended. Check spam if nothing arrives within a couple of business days, and follow up if you come up empty.
Then log back into the portal with your email and verify no active subscription is showing. This second check catches the occasional glitch where a cancellation is acknowledged but not fully processed on the back end. If the portal still shows an active plan after you have a confirmation email, forward that email to support and ask them to reconcile the mismatch.
If a Shipment Already Went Out
Pawfy offers a 60-day money-back guarantee.6Pawfy. FAQ Contact support to request a return authorization and they’ll send instructions and a return address. Products need to be unused, and return shipping is on you.7Pawfy. Returns and Delivery
The published policy doesn’t mention restocking or processing fees, so expect the refund to cover the product cost minus what you paid to ship it back. Refunds arrive within three business days after Pawfy receives the item.7Pawfy. Returns and Delivery Keep the return tracking number so you can prove delivery if the refund runs late.
If Charges Keep Coming After You Cancel
Sometimes charges continue even after you’ve done everything right. Email Pawfy first with your cancellation confirmation attached and give them a chance to correct it.
If that doesn’t work, revoke the billing authorization at PayPal or Shop Pay as described above. If you paid a card directly, call your card issuer, explain that you canceled but are still being billed, and dispute the charge. Card issuers typically require disputes within 60 to 120 days of the charge, so move quickly.
You also have a regulatory backstop. The FTC’s Click-to-Cancel rule, finalized in late 2024, requires subscription sellers to offer a cancellation process at least as simple as the sign-up. If you subscribed online, the company must let you cancel online, without forcing a phone call or extra hoops that weren’t there at enrollment.8Federal Register. 16 CFR 425 – Negative Option Rule If a seller makes cancellation unreasonably hard, file a complaint at ftc.gov.
