How to Cancel Your Ninja Kidz Membership Online

To cancel your Ninja Kidz Action Park membership, log in to the cancellation page for your specific park on ninjakidzparks.com and submit the request through the online portal. That is the only channel the company accepts. Cancellation takes effect 10 days after Ninja Kidz receives the request, and any monthly payment that falls due inside that 10-day window will still be charged.¹

Cancel Through the Online Portal

The membership agreement is explicit: cancellations cannot be made by phone, mail, email, or fax.¹ The steps are short:

Go to the cancellation page for your park. Each location has its own page on ninjakidzparks.com; navigate to the site and select the park where you signed up.²
Log in with the email address or phone number you used at sign-up. If you never set up an online account, the site will prompt you to create one using that same email or phone number so it can match you to your membership.
Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation. The portal runs on the ROLLER booking platform, so the interface looks a little different from the rest of the Ninja Kidz site.

There is no cancellation fee and no early-termination penalty, because the membership is month-to-month with no fixed term.

Time It Around Your Billing Date

Because the 10-day clock starts when Ninja Kidz receives your request, submitting a day or two before your next charge won’t stop that charge. If your card is billed on the 15th and you cancel on the 8th, the effective date is the 18th and the 15th payment still goes through. To avoid paying for another month you didn’t want, cancel at least 10 days before your next billing date. Pull up your bank or credit card statement first to confirm exactly which day charges have been posting.

Any amount already paid is not refunded, regardless of how much you used the park.¹

Cancelling for a Move, Disability, or Death

Three circumstances let you exit outside the standard online process and be released from future payments:

A permanent move more than 35 miles from your home park, with written proof of the move.¹
A physical disability that prevents use of the park, certified in writing by a licensed physician.
The death of the member, in which case the estate is relieved of future monthly payments once Ninja Kidz is notified.

If You Can’t Log In

Not remembering which email address or phone number you signed up with is the most common stumbling block, and it matters because the portal is the only way to cancel. Try every address you might have used, including older ones. Search your inboxes for the original confirmation from Ninja Kidz or from ROLLER, the platform that processes memberships.

If nothing turns up, email info@ninjakidzparks.com with your name and the park where you signed up, or stop by the park in person. Customer service or front-desk staff can help you identify the credentials on file so you can log in and complete the cancellation yourself.

Save Your Confirmation, and What to Do if Charges Continue

When the portal confirms your cancellation, screenshot the confirmation screen or save the confirmation email. That is your proof of when the 10-day clock started.

If charges keep hitting after the effective date, first email customer service and reference your cancellation date. If that doesn’t fix it, federal Regulation E gives you the right to stop preauthorized electronic debits from your bank account. Notify your bank or credit union at least three business days before the next scheduled charge and tell them to block the payment.³ You can do this orally, though your bank may ask for written confirmation within 14 days.

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau confirms the same right: you can stop a company from taking automatic payments even if you originally authorized them, and once you have revoked authorization with both the company and the bank, further charges are treated as errors your bank should refund.⁴ Some banks charge a small fee for a stop-payment order.

One caution: a bank stop-payment does not cancel your membership. If you block charges without completing the online cancellation, Ninja Kidz can treat the balance as delinquent. Under the agreement, a payment that fails and stays unpaid for more than 30 days can lead to termination of the membership, but termination doesn’t necessarily wipe out any balance the company believes you owe.¹ Cancel through the portal first; use the bank stop-payment only as a backup if charges continue past the effective date.

If You Just Signed Up

Many states have cooling-off laws that give a short window, often three to five business days after signing, to cancel a new fitness or health club contract for a full refund. Whether those protections reach a facility like Ninja Kidz depends on your state and how it classifies the park. If you’re inside that window, put your cancellation in writing right away and reference your state’s health club cancellation statute. State law can override contract terms that offer less protection than the statute requires.
