Canceling During a Free Trial
The same 24-hour rule applies to trials. Contact support at least 24 hours before the trial ends, or the subscription automatically converts to a paid plan.1MusesAcademy. Send your request in the first day or two of the trial to leave room to complete the exchange.

Canceling an App Store or Google Play Subscription
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play rather than the Muses Academy website, the app store handles your billing and only the app store can stop it.4Apple. On iPhone or iPad
Open Settings, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Select the Muses Academy entry and tap Cancel Subscription. On Android
Open the Google Play Store app, confirm you’re signed into the correct Google account, and tap your profile icon. Choose Payments and Subscriptions, find the Muses Academy subscription, tap Cancel Subscription, and follow the prompts.
Refunds on App Store Purchases
For charges billed by Apple, sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com, choose “Request a refund,” pick a reason, and select the Muses Academy charge. Refunds on Purchases Made Through the Website

- You contact support@musesacademy.io within 30 days of your initial purchase and before the subscription period ends.
- You followed the plan for at least 7 consecutive days within the first 30 days after purchasing.
- You provide screenshots from the platform showing you completed the plan activities.
The guarantee does not cover personal dissatisfaction or financial reasons such as not expecting the charge, not realizing a trial would convert, or not knowing the subscription would auto-renew.1MusesAcademy. You can only claim while the subscription period is still active; once it expires, the company says it cannot process one.
If Support Won’t Process Your Cancellation
Some subscribers report sending five or more messages before getting a refund cleared, receiving responses that read as automated, and being offered partial refunds at escalating percentages before the full amount comes through.3RealReviews.io. The Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act requires businesses using online negative-option billing to provide “simple mechanisms” for stopping recurring charges.7Congress.gov. You can do that through your card issuer’s website, by calling the number on the back of your card, or by sending a written dispute to the billing errors address on your statement.8FTC. You can also file a complaint at reportfraud.ftc.gov or with your state attorney general’s consumer protection office.
After You Cancel
Once cancellation is confirmed, you keep access to the platform through the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that, access ends and no new charges should appear. Check your bank or card statements for at least one full billing cycle past the expected cutoff to make sure nothing slips through.
The terms don’t say whether your account data or course progress is preserved after cancellation, so if that matters to you, take screenshots before your access lapses. Deleting the app from your phone does not cancel the subscription; only the support process or the app store steps above will stop the charges.
