How to Cancel Your Live Conscious Subscription: Channels and Refunds

To cancel your Live Conscious subscription, log into your account at weliveconscious.com and use “Manage My Subscription,” call (866) 949-7799, email support@weliveconscious.com, or open the chat widget on the site. The timing matters more than the method: once your next subscription charge processes, Live Conscious will not stop that shipment, so cancel before your billing date.1Live Conscious. The Four Cancellation Channels

Live Conscious accepts cancellations four ways, and the right one depends on how close you are to your next charge.

  • Online portal. Log in at weliveconscious.com and use “Manage My Subscription.” Requires an account.
  • Phone. Call (866) 949-7799. Hours are Monday to Friday 5 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST, Saturday 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. PST, and Sunday 7 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. PST. Use this option if your next charge is within a day or two.
  • Email. Send your request to support@weliveconscious.com with your full name and the email on the account. Email requests can take up to 24 hours to process.2Live Conscious. How Can I Cancel My Subscription
  • Chat. Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the website. It is available 24/7.3Live Conscious. Cancel My Subscription via Chat

Texting the phone number will not cancel anything. The line is for voice calls only.

Cancelling Through the Online Portal

Log into your Live Conscious account and click “Manage My Subscription” on your dashboard. Choose “Manage subscriptions,” find the product, and follow the prompts to confirm.2Live Conscious. How Can I Cancel My Subscription

Expect a verification screen, a short survey about why you’re leaving, and possibly a retention offer such as a discount on your next order. Click through until you see a screen stating clearly that the subscription is cancelled. Closing the browser mid-flow can leave the subscription active.

Cancelling Without Account Access

Guest checkouts, forgotten passwords, and accounts that were never set up all still qualify for cancellation by phone, email, or chat. Have your full name, the email address used at checkout, and any order confirmation numbers ready so support can locate the subscription.2Live Conscious. How Can I Cancel My Subscription

Be direct in your wording. On the phone, say “cancel my subscription” early in the call. In email, state that you want to cancel all future shipments and billing. A message that only asks to “make changes” can be routed as a modification rather than a cancellation.

Cancel Before Your Next Charge Date

This is where most people get caught. Once Live Conscious processes the next subscription charge, the company will not cancel or stop that shipment. From that point, the only remaining path is a return after the box arrives, and you pay the return shipping.1Live Conscious. Cancel My Subscription via PC, Phone or Tablet

If your next charge is less than 48 hours away, call rather than emailing. Email can take a full day to process, and that delay can put you on the wrong side of the billing date.2Live Conscious. How Can I Cancel My Subscription

Third-party purchases are outside this process. If you bought through Amazon or another retailer, you handle both cancellation and returns through that retailer, not through Live Conscious.4Live Conscious. What Is Your Return Policy/Process

Pause or Reschedule Instead

If you’re only overstocked, you can push the delivery instead of cancelling. Log in, open “Manage My Subscription,” select “Manage subscriptions,” click “Manage this Subscription” on the product, and choose “Reschedule.” You can move the next delivery out by a set amount or pick a specific date.5Live Conscious. How Do I Change the Date or Skip My Next Scheduled Subscription

One catch: the date change applies to every future order, not just the next one. Push delivery two weeks and the whole schedule shifts two weeks. Rescheduling also requires an account, so guest purchasers have to create one first.

Confirming the Cancellation Went Through

After you cancel, you should get a confirmation email. Save it. That email is your proof if a charge appears later. If you cancelled through the portal, log back in and check that the subscription status shows as inactive. If you cancelled by phone or email and haven’t seen a confirmation within a couple of business days, follow up before your next billing date arrives.

Then watch your bank or credit card statement through the next full billing cycle.

If You’re Charged After Cancelling

Contact Live Conscious first. Most post-cancellation charges are processing errors, and showing the company your cancellation confirmation is usually enough to reverse them. If that doesn’t resolve it, federal law gives you backup depending on how you paid.

Credit Card Charges

The Fair Credit Billing Act gives you 60 days from the date the charge appears on your statement to dispute it in writing with the card issuer. Your dispute needs to identify the charge, explain why you believe it’s an error, and include your account information. The issuer must then investigate and either correct the charge or explain its position, within two billing cycles.6Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 1666 – Correction of Billing Errors

Debit Card or Bank Account Charges

For charges hitting a debit card or bank account, you can tell your bank to stop future preauthorized transfers. Under federal regulation, you must notify the bank at least three business days before the next scheduled transfer, and the bank can require written confirmation within 14 days of your verbal request.7eCFR. 12 CFR 1005.10 – Preauthorized Transfers

For a charge that already went through without authorization, report it to your bank promptly. Notify within two business days of discovering it and your liability is capped at $50. Wait more than 60 days after the statement is sent and you can be liable for the full amount of transfers occurring after that window closes.8Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. 12 CFR 1005.6 – Liability of Consumer for Unauthorized Transfers

Your Rights Under Federal Subscription Rules

Two federal rules back up your cancellation. The Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act requires companies selling through negative-option features online to provide simple mechanisms for stopping recurring charges on credit cards, debit cards, or bank accounts.9Congress.gov. Public Law 111-345 – Restore Online Shoppers Confidence Act

The FTC’s amended Negative Option Rule, finalized in October 2024, requires sellers to make cancellation at least as easy as sign-up. If you enrolled online in a few clicks, the company must let you cancel online in a comparable number of clicks, and cannot force you onto a phone call to end a subscription you started on a website.10Federal Trade Commission.
