To cancel a KilgourMD subscription, log in to your account at kilgourmd.com, open Manage Subscription, and cancel from the dashboard. The whole thing takes about two minutes and doesn’t require a phone call. Time matters though: once a renewal ships, that order is final sale, so cancel before your next billing date.
Cancel Through Your Account
This is the fastest route.1KilgourMD Help Center. How Do I Cancel My KilgourMD Subscription
- Go to kilgourmd.com and click “My Account” in the top right, or scroll to the bottom of any page and click “Manage Subscription.”
- Log in with the email address you used for your original order.
- Find your active subscription and select cancel. Follow the confirmation prompts.
Wait until you see the status update on screen before you close the tab. If you navigate away mid-process, the subscription stays active. A confirmation email should arrive after; keep it in case a charge appears later.
Cancel by Email or Phone
If the site isn’t cooperating or you’d rather have a written record, support can handle it for you.2KilgourMD Help Center. Contact Us
- Email hello@kilgourmd.com with “Cancel Subscription” in the subject line. Include the account email and a clear statement that you want the subscription stopped.
- Call +1 844-889-5348 during business hours.
Email gives you a paper trail, which helps if a billing question comes up later. Expect a reply within a few business days, and follow up or switch to the phone line if you haven’t heard back within a week.
If You’ve Lost Access to Your Signup Email
You won’t be able to log in without it, so contact support directly. Email hello@kilgourmd.com from your current address or call +1 844-889-5348, and explain the situation. Have your name, billing address, and any order confirmation numbers ready for identity verification.

Time Your Cancellation Before the Renewal Date
KilgourMD products are final sale once an order has shipped. No returns, no refunds on shipments in transit, even if you submitted a cancellation minutes earlier. Shipping and handling are also non-refundable.4KilgourMD. Refund Policy

The 90-Day Trial Guarantee on Serums
There’s one meaningful exception to the final-sale rule. KilgourMD’s 90-Day Trial Guarantee covers all of its serum products: if you’ve used the serums consistently for 90 days without seeing improvement, the company will refund up to three months’ worth of product. No photos, no returns. Email support to start the request, and refunds are typically issued within three to five business days.5KilgourMD Help Center. What Is KilgourMD’s Refund Policy
The guarantee applies to subscription orders too. If you’re canceling because the serums haven’t worked, use it before you walk away.
If You’re Charged After Canceling
Start by emailing hello@kilgourmd.com with your cancellation confirmation attached. Automated billing errors happen, and the company may resolve it quickly.
If that doesn’t work, dispute the charge through your credit card issuer. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, you have 60 days from the date the charge first appeared on your statement to dispute it in writing. Send a letter to the issuer’s billing inquiry address, not the payment address, with your name, account number, a description of the error, and a copy of your cancellation confirmation.6Federal Trade Commission. Using Credit Cards and Disputing Charges
Your issuer must acknowledge the dispute within 30 days and resolve it within 90. While the investigation is open, you don’t have to pay the disputed amount, and the issuer can’t report you delinquent or send it to collections on that charge. If the issuer rules against you, you can appeal within ten days and file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.6Federal Trade Commission. Using Credit Cards and Disputing Charges
