To cancel your Dolphin Radar subscription and stop the automatic renewal, cancel through the same channel you used to sign up: the Dolphin Radar website dashboard, a cancellation email, the Apple App Store, or Google Play. Do it before your current billing period ends, because the subscription renews on its own and you’ll be charged for the next cycle at the current price if you wait too long.1DolphinRadar. There isn’t a set cutoff like “48 hours before renewal,” but don’t leave it to the final day. Billing periods can be monthly, quarterly, or annual, and once the period rolls over, the charge is done.1DolphinRadar. Dolphin Radar Terms of Use
Cancel by Email

Cancel Through Apple If You Subscribed on iPhone or iPad
When Apple handles the billing, canceling on the Dolphin Radar website will not stop the charges. You have to cancel through Apple:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the Dolphin Radar subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
If there’s no Cancel button, or you see an expiration message in red, it’s already canceled. If you’re on a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid the first charge.3Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple
Cancel Through Google Play If You Subscribed on Android
Same logic on Android: if Google Play processes your payment, cancel there. And uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription. You’ll keep being billed until you cancel explicitly.4Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play

Can You Get a Refund?
Usually no. Dolphin Radar’s stated policy is that paid subscriptions are non-refundable, and that includes partial billing periods, unused features, and accidental renewals discovered more than 14 days after the charge.1DolphinRadar. Three exceptions do qualify for a refund:
- The service was down for seven or more consecutive days due to a problem on Dolphin Radar’s end.
- You were charged after a documented cancellation request.
- You were charged in violation of applicable consumer law.
