How to Cancel Your BTS ARMY Membership: Refund Window and Weverse Steps

To cancel your BTS ARMY Membership and get a refund, open the Weverse Shop app, go to your Order History, open the membership order, and request cancellation. This only works within seven days of payment and only if you haven’t used any membership benefit yet. Miss either condition and the in-app option disappears.

The Seven-Day Refund Window

Weverse Shop allows a refund for seven days from the date of payment. The window closes early, however, the moment you use a perk. Refunds are blocked once you have:

  • Viewed any membership-only post on Weverse, even one.
  • Ordered the membership kit or any members-only product (shipping being separate doesn’t change this).
  • Entered a ticket reservation or a member-only event, including presale lotteries.

If you bought the membership by mistake or are having second thoughts, don’t browse the exclusive content while you decide. A single tap on a members-only post is enough to lock you in.1Weverse Shop. BTS – ARMY MEMBERSHIP

How to Cancel in the Weverse Shop App

The cancellation lives in your order history, not your membership profile. Log in with the account that made the purchase, then follow this path:

  • Tap the More menu (☰) in the bottom navigation. Don’t use the My tab or profile icon.
  • Open Order History and find the ARMY Membership purchase.
  • Tap into Order Details for that order.
  • Request cancellation from within the order details screen.

The route is More (☰) → Order History → Order Details.2Weverse Shop. BTS ARMY MEMBERSHIP If no cancellation option appears, one of two things has happened: the seven days have passed, or a benefit has already been claimed on the account.

What You Lose and When the Money Comes Back

Once the cancellation goes through, your membership benefits end immediately. Weverse’s own wording is that “you will no longer be able to take advantage of Membership benefits.”3Weverse Shop. ARMY MEMBERSHIP In practical terms:

  • Member-only posts, media, and behind-the-scenes content on Weverse become inaccessible.
  • Concert presale entry and member-only event registration end.
  • Your ARMY member badge is removed from your Weverse profile.

The refund returns to whichever payment method you originally used. Weverse Shop doesn’t publish a specific timeline on the membership page. Card and PayPal refunds generally clear in a few business days depending on the issuer, and mobile carrier billing typically shows up as a credit on your next statement rather than as an immediate reversal.

If You’re Past Seven Days or Already Used a Benefit

This is where most people looking for cancellation help actually end up. The membership runs for 365 days from purchase, and the standard process has no prorated refund or mid-term cancellation. Once the automated option is gone from Order Details, it isn’t coming back.

Two routes are still worth trying, though neither is guaranteed:

  • Contact Weverse support directly and explain your situation. They aren’t obliged to refund outside policy, but it’s the only official channel left.
  • If you paid through the Apple App Store or Google Play, try the refund process on that platform. Their consumer refund policies operate separately from the seller’s.

If neither works, the good news is that nothing further will be charged. ARMY Memberships don’t auto-renew, so the membership will simply expire 365 days after purchase without any action on your part.

Contacting Weverse Support

Open the Weverse Help page and use the “Contact us” feature while logged into the account that holds the membership.4Weverse. Weverse Help In your message, include the order number from your order history, why you’re asking to cancel, and whether you’ve used any membership benefit. Weverse warns that inquiries can take time when volume is high, so if you’re still inside the seven-day window, use the automated cancellation through Order History first and only fall back to support if the button is missing or won’t respond.

No Auto-Renewal to Worry About

If your only concern is stopping a future charge, you can stop worrying. ARMY Memberships require a manual repurchase at the end of the 365-day term. Doing nothing is enough to end the membership when it expires.
