To cancel Amazon Subscribe and Save, open Your Subscribe & Save Items, select the product you want to stop, click Cancel subscription, and confirm with Cancel my subscription. Cancel in the Amazon Mobile App
The app follows the same logic with a different layout. Tap your account icon, go to Your Subscribe & Save Items, select the product, and work through the same cancel-and-confirm steps. Buttons tend to sit near the bottom of the screen because the app scrolls vertically.
If a device app doesn’t show a cancel option (Fire TV and similar), open Amazon in a phone or desktop browser instead. The cancel path is always available on the web.
The “Last Day to Update This Order” Deadline
Each item on your subscription page shows a “Last day to update this order” date. Cancel before that date and your next delivery is stopped. Once the order enters the shipping process, the subscription dashboard can no longer cancel it.1Amazon. Cancel Your Subscribe & Save Subscription
If you miss it and the box is already on its way, you have two options: refuse the package at delivery, or send it back through Amazon’s Online Returns Center. Subscribe & Save items follow Amazon’s standard return policy.2Amazon. Subscribe & Save Terms & Conditions
Skip a Delivery Instead of Canceling
If you just have too much of something on the shelf, skipping keeps the subscription (and your discount tier) intact without a charge this cycle.
- Go to Your Subscribe & Save Items.
- Hover over the item you want to pause.
- Select Skip.
- Confirm the skip.
