To cancel an AliDropship subscription, log in to your Sellvia account, shut down auto-renewal on the Plans page, and, if you paid through PayPal, cancel the billing agreement inside PayPal as well. Your access continues through the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and a refund of that last payment is possible only if you email support within 30 days.
First, Confirm You Actually Have a Subscription
The AliDropship WordPress plugin is a one-time purchase. There is nothing recurring to cancel on that product, so if you’re seeing a charge you don’t recognize, check which product it’s tied to before you start clicking around.
The products that bill on a recurring basis are Sellvia Pro (the turnkey store plan at $39 per month, which includes hosting, product imports, and fulfillment tools) and any separately purchased hosting plans or add-on services. Look at your bank or PayPal statement, identify which one is generating the charge, then follow the steps for that service.
Cancel in the Sellvia Dashboard
Sellvia Pro cancellations happen inside your Sellvia account, not a separate AliDropship portal.
- Sign in at account.sellvia.com/login.
- If you run more than one store, use the store selector in the top-left corner to switch to the one you’re canceling.
- Click My Stores in the top menu, select the store, open My Account, and choose Plans.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Shut down my business.
- Follow the prompts and click Continue to cancel to finish.
That last click matters. The confirmation screen includes retention offers and surveys, and closing the tab before the final confirmation leaves your subscription active.1Sellvia. How to Cancel Your Sellvia Subscription

If You Paid With PayPal, Cancel the Billing Agreement Too
Canceling inside the dashboard is often not enough when PayPal was your payment method. PayPal keeps its own record of the recurring authorization, and if you don’t revoke it there, the merchant can still pull funds. This is where most surprise post-cancellation charges come from.
On the PayPal website:
- Open Settings and click Payments.
- Select Subscriptions and saved businesses (sometimes labeled Automatic Payments).
- Find the AliDropship or Sellvia entry and open it.
- Cancel the automatic payment from that page.
In the PayPal app, tap the menu icon, then Subscriptions or Linked Businesses, find the merchant, tap Stop Paying with PayPal, and tap Unlink to confirm.3PayPal. What Is an Automatic Payment and How Do I Update or Cancel One
Getting a Refund
Canceling does not trigger a refund on its own. You have to ask.
For Sellvia Pro, AliDropship will refund the most recent subscription payment in full if you request it within 30 days of that payment. Email support@alidropship.com to start the request. Only the current period’s payment qualifies; earlier months are not refundable no matter when you ask.2AliDropship. Terms of Use Free Turnkey Store
One-time service packages such as SEO work, social media setup, or marketing materials sit under a different policy: refundable only before the team starts on your order, which is typically within one business day of purchase. Once work begins, they’re non-refundable.4AliDropship. Terms of Service – AliDropship Services
Canceling Through Support
If the dashboard steps aren’t working, or you can’t tell which product is being charged, email support@alidropship.com.5AliDropship. Contact Us Include your account email, the specific product or store you want canceled, and whether you’re also requesting a refund. Keeping both requests in one thread creates a cleaner record if you later need to dispute a charge.
One important detail: when you cancel through support rather than the dashboard, don’t treat the ticket as done until a representative sends written confirmation. A submitted ticket alone is not a cancellation, and the subscription stays active until support explicitly confirms it.2AliDropship. Before Your Access Ends
Your store doesn’t vanish the moment you cancel, but the deletion clock is real. Under Sellvia’s terms, if a subscription goes unpaid for 80 days, Sellvia deactivates its free hosting and permanently deletes the turnkey store tied to your account. That deletion is not reversible.6Sellvia. Terms of Service AliDropship’s own terms go further for some products, warning that site data may be irreversibly deleted if a Sellvia Pro subscription isn’t renewed within a week of the due payment date.7AliDropship. Terms of Use
Treat the end of your paid period as your hard deadline for pulling anything you want to keep. The plugin has no built-in product export, though orders can be exported as CSV. If your store is hosted on AliDropship’s servers, create a full site backup through your hosting control panel before access expires.
If you registered a domain through AliDropship, you cannot transfer it yourself. Email support@alidropship.com to request the authorization code and unlock the domain before your subscription lapses. Waiting until after deactivation makes this much harder.
