To cancel XVideos Red, turn off auto-renewal in your XVideos account settings or cancel directly with the third-party company that bills your card. The monthly plan runs about $9.99 and keeps recurring until you actively stop it. The step that matters most is figuring out who is actually charging you, because canceling in the wrong place does nothing.
Find Out Who Is Charging You
XVideos Red does not process payments itself. One of three companies collects your recurring charge: SegPay, Epoch, or Probiller. If you signed up through a mobile app, the charge instead runs through Google Play or Apple. Pull up your credit card or bank statement and look at the name next to the charge. It will not say “XVideos.” It will show one of those processor names or a close variation, usually alongside a reference number.
Write down the transaction ID or purchase ID from your statement. Have the email address you used at signup ready, and the credit card number on file. Two of those three identifiers will get you through almost any cancellation flow.
Cancel From Your XVideos Account
Log into XVideos and open your account dashboard. If a Cancel Subscription or Manage Subscription option is there, click it and follow the confirmation flow. The site may ask why you’re leaving or offer a discount to stay. Skip past those and confirm.
You should see an on-screen notice that auto-renewal is off. Screenshot it. Your premium access continues through the end of the period you already paid for, then the account drops back to the free tier.
Cancel Directly With the Billing Processor
If the account dashboard doesn’t offer a cancel button, or if you want the stop order to come from the company holding your card details, go to the processor.
SegPay
SegPay runs a self-service portal where you can look up and cancel your subscription. Provide any two identifiers: credit card number, email address, or the purchase ID from your confirmation email. Once the system finds your subscription, follow the prompts to stop recurring billing.
If the portal gives you trouble, SegPay takes cancellations by phone at 1-866-450-4000 in the U.S. or +1-954-414-1610 internationally, by email at segpay@segpay.com, or through live chat at cs.segpay.com. Have your email, purchase ID, and card digits (first six and last four) ready.1Segpay. How to Cancel Your Secure Segpay Payment Account
Epoch
Open Epoch’s billing support page and use the Find My Purchase tool. Enter any two of the fields it asks for — usually email, username, credit card details, or transaction reference — and the system pulls up your active subscriptions. Cancel from there.2Epoch. Billing Support
Epoch also takes cancellations by phone at 1-800-893-8871 (toll-free) or 1-310-827-9939 internationally, and by email at billing@billingsupport.com. A confirmation email should arrive within a few hours; check your spam folder if it doesn’t.
Probiller
Probiller doesn’t offer a self-service portal. You need to contact support directly: phone at +1-855-232-9550 for U.S. and Canadian callers, email at billingsupportd@probiller.com, or live chat on their site.3Probiller. Probiller eCommerce Partners
Probiller notes that some accounts carry more than one membership package. Ask the representative to confirm every recurring charge tied to your account has been stopped, not just the one you called about.
Cancel Through Google Play or Apple
If you subscribed through a mobile app, the processor sections above don’t apply. Your charges run through Google or Apple, and that’s the only place you can stop them. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription, and this is a common way to keep paying by accident.
Google Play
Open Google Play and go to your subscriptions. Find XVideos Red, tap it, and tap Cancel subscription. You can also reach the same place through your device Settings under Google, then Manage your Google Account, then Payments & subscriptions.4Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play If you can’t find the subscription, you may be signed into a different Google account than the one you used to subscribe. Access continues to the end of the current billing period.
Apple
On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, find the subscription, and tap Cancel Subscription. On a Mac, open the App Store, click your name, go to Account Settings, scroll to Subscriptions, and click Manage. During a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid the first charge.5Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple If the subscription isn’t listed, check your email for an Apple receipt to see which Apple ID was used. If it belongs to a family member, only that person can cancel.
Deleting Your Account Does Not Cancel Billing
This is where people get caught out. XVideos lets you delete your account and personal data from the account tab of your dashboard.6XVideos. My Account – Frequently Asked Questions Deleting the profile does not stop the recurring charge. The payment processor holds a separate record, and that record keeps running whether your profile exists or not.
Cancel the subscription first, confirm the billing has stopped, then delete the account if you want to. Doing it in the wrong order leaves you paying for access you no longer have and with no easy way to look up subscription details.
Confirm the Cancellation Actually Worked
Look for three signs before considering it done:
- An on-screen confirmation or reference number the moment you complete the cancellation. Screenshot it.
- A confirmation email from the processor or from XVideos within 24 hours. Check spam. If nothing arrives, contact the processor.
- No new charge on your next bank statement after the billing cycle date.
Premium features stay active through the end of the period you already paid for. Seeing “active” status after you cancel doesn’t mean the cancellation failed. It means you’re using up time you already bought.
If You Are Charged After Canceling
Start with the billing processor. Contact SegPay, Epoch, or Probiller, give them your cancellation confirmation number, and ask them to reverse the charge. Most disputes at this stage resolve quickly because the processor already has your cancellation on file.
If the processor won’t help, dispute the charge with your credit card issuer. Federal law gives you 60 days from the date the statement containing the error was sent to submit a written dispute.7Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 1666 – Correction of Billing Errors A charge on a canceled subscription qualifies as a billing error because it reflects an extension of credit you did not authorize.8Federal Trade Commission. Using Credit Cards and Disputing Charges
Send the dispute in writing to the address your card issuer designates for billing inquiries, not the general payment address. Include your name, account number, the disputed amount, and your cancellation confirmation. While the issuer investigates, it cannot report the disputed amount as delinquent or take collection action against you for it.9Federal Trade Commission. Fair Credit Billing Act
If the charges came out of a bank account rather than a credit card, contact your bank about stopping the preauthorized transfer. Banks must honor a stop-payment request as long as you notify them at least three business days before the scheduled transfer.10Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. 12 CFR 1005.10 – Preauthorized Transfers
