How to Cancel Miami MD Subscription: Website, Email, and Phone

To cancel your Miami MD subscription, sign in to your account at miamimd.co and end the subscription from your dashboard, email support@miamimd.co with a clear cancellation request, or call 1-844-829-8772. Any of the three methods works. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid another charge, and save the confirmation you receive afterward.

What to Have Ready Before You Cancel

Pull a few details together first. You’ll need the email address you used at checkout, since that’s how Miami MD identifies your account. Your order or subscription ID sits in your original confirmation email; search your inbox for “miamimd” or “Miami MD” if you can’t find it.

Keep a recent credit card or bank statement nearby too. It shows the exact charge amount and date, which is useful if you later need to reference your billing cycle or dispute a charge.

Cancel Through the Miami MD Website

Log in at miamimd.co with the email and password you set up at checkout. The login link is in the top navigation or the footer. Inside the dashboard, find “Manage Subscriptions” or “My Account,” which lists your active recurring orders.

Each entry shows the product, next billing date, and price. Select the one you want to end and choose “Cancel” or “Deactivate.” The site may ask why you’re leaving or offer a discount to stay. Pick any reason from the dropdown and continue to the final confirmation screen. When the status changes to inactive or cancelled, you’re done.

Take a screenshot of the confirmation screen before you navigate away. This is the quickest method and creates an immediate record in Miami MD’s system.

Cancel by Email or Contact Form

If you can’t log in or want a written record, email support@miamimd.co with a subject line like “Cancel Subscription – [Your Name].” In the body, include your full name, the email on your account, your order or subscription ID, and a direct statement that you want to cancel all future shipments and charges. Keep the request at the top of the message.

The “Contact Us” page has a web form that works the same way. Either method creates a timestamped record, which is useful evidence if a charge appears after you’ve asked to cancel.

Cancel by Phone

Call customer support at 1-844-829-8772. International customers can reach +1-305-307-5635. Phone hours are 9 AM to 9 PM Eastern. Ask the representative to cancel your subscription and request a confirmation email or reference number before you hang up. Write down the date, time, and the name of the person you spoke with. Phone cancellations work, but they leave no paper trail unless you create one yourself.

Confirm the Cancellation Went Through

You should receive an automated confirmation email after canceling through any channel. Save it. If nothing arrives within a day or two, check your spam folder. If it’s still missing, log back in and confirm the subscription shows as cancelled or inactive on your dashboard. No confirmation and no status change means the request may not have registered, so follow up.

Watch your card or bank statement through the next full billing cycle. If a charge still appears, your confirmation email, screenshot, or sent email gives you evidence to dispute it.

Canceling vs. Getting a Refund

Miami MD offers a 60-day “Results or It’s Free” guarantee that applies even to products you’ve opened and used. You have two months from your purchase date to decide, and the empty containers can go back for a full refund.

The guarantee is separate from canceling. Ending the subscription stops future shipments; it doesn’t trigger a refund on products you’ve already received. If you want your money back on a recent order, contact support and specifically request a refund under the guarantee, then follow the return instructions for the containers.

If Charges Continue After You Cancel

Contact Miami MD support first and reference your cancellation confirmation. Most post-cancellation charges are processing delays or oversights that customer service can reverse.

If the company won’t help, the Fair Credit Billing Act lets you dispute unauthorized charges by sending written notice to your card issuer within 60 days of the statement date showing the charge. Your notice needs your name and account number, the charge you believe is wrong, and why. The issuer must acknowledge within 30 days and resolve the dispute within two billing cycles. While the investigation is open, you don’t have to pay the disputed amount, and the issuer can’t report it as delinquent.

Most issuers also accept disputes online or by phone, which is faster, though the statutory protections technically require written notice. If you dispute online, save the confirmation number.

Your Rights Under FTC Cancellation Rules

The FTC’s Click-to-Cancel rule requires businesses to make canceling as easy as signing up. If you subscribed online, the company must let you cancel online. Forcing you into a phone call, a chatbot loop, or extra steps the signup didn’t have violates the rule.

Sellers also must clearly disclose material terms before charging you, including the cancellation deadline and billing frequency, and get your clear, informed consent to recurring charges separately from other terms. If Miami MD or any subscription seller makes canceling unnecessarily difficult, you can file a complaint at ftc.gov/complaint.
