How to Cancel MaleMD Subscription and Get a Refund

To cancel a MaleMD subscription, log into your account at malemd.com, open the Account tab, and complete the cancellation flow before your next shipment date. That dashboard is the only cancellation method MaleMD’s terms of service recognize.1MaleMD. Terms of Service Timing matters more than the clicks themselves: once a prescription has shipped, MaleMD does not issue a refund.2MaleMD. Terms of Service

Cancel Through the Account Dashboard

Sign in at malemd.com with the email and password you used at signup. If your password no longer works, reset it first so you don’t get stuck partway through. Once you’re in, open the Account tab and look for the subscription management or cancellation option.

The site may show retention offers or ask why you’re leaving. Click through those screens until you reach a page confirming the subscription is canceled. Screenshot that confirmation. If a charge shows up later, that screenshot is what you’ll use to dispute it.

Phone calls, emails, and letters aren’t listed as official cancellation channels, so the dashboard is where a cancellation actually registers.

Cancel Before Your Next Billing Date

MaleMD charges your card on the same date every 30 or 60 days, depending on the plan you chose.3MaleMD. Choose Your ED Medication Pull up your bank or card statement, find the most recent MaleMD charge, and count forward. Cancel a few days before the next expected charge; don’t cut it to the last day, because shipments can begin processing before the calendar date you’d expect.

If the charge has already hit when you cancel, that final shipment is going out, and you’ll pay for it. Single-bottle plans run $79 to $89 per month depending on the medication, and multi-bottle bundles cost significantly more.3MaleMD. Choose Your ED Medication Check which plan you’re on so you know what a missed window actually costs.

When the Dashboard Won’t Cancel

If the cancellation button is missing, the page errors out, or nothing seems to save, contact MaleMD support directly:

  • Email: support@malemd.com
  • Phone: (888) 294-9877

Write a subject line like “Cancel Subscription — [Your Name]” and include your account email and any order numbers. Explain that you tried the dashboard and describe what failed. Keep copies of everything you send.4MaleMD. MaleMD If you don’t hear back within a few business days, send a follow-up and call the number. A written record plus a phone call gives you both documentation and a faster resolution.

What You Can and Can’t Get Refunded

MaleMD’s refund policy is direct: prescription medications cannot be returned, and no refunds are issued on prescriptions that have already shipped.2MaleMD. Terms of Service That mirrors the general rule across telehealth pharmacies, where federal and state regulations restrict the return of dispensed prescription drugs.

In practice: if your cancellation lands after the charge but before another cycle, you’ll receive that final order and won’t be billed again after it. A charge that appears after the cancellation confirmation is a different matter, and you can push back on it.

Confirm the Cancellation Stuck

Log back in a day or two after you cancel and check that your account shows an inactive or canceled status. If it still reads as active, contact support with your confirmation screenshot and ask them to confirm the cancellation in writing.

Watch your bank or card statements for at least two billing cycles. A final charge tied to an already-processing shipment can be legitimate. Anything after that is a billing error.

Disputing a Charge After You Canceled

Start with MaleMD support. If they don’t resolve it, dispute the charge with your credit card issuer. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, you have 60 days from the date the charge appears on your statement to send a written dispute to your card company. The issuer must acknowledge the dispute within 30 days and resolve it within two billing cycles.5Office of the Law Revision Counsel. Include the cancellation confirmation screenshot, any emails you sent to MaleMD, and a short timeline showing when you canceled and when the disputed charge posted.

What Cancellation Doesn’t Do

Canceling stops future shipments and future charges. It doesn’t end your medical relationship, and it doesn’t erase your records from MaleMD’s systems automatically. If you want a copy of your medical records or want your personal data deleted, email support@malemd.com and make the request explicitly; the privacy policy directs account-related concerns there but doesn’t spell out a formal deletion process.7MaleMD.
