To cancel your Kure: Healing Hypnosis subscription, go back to the platform where you signed up: the Apple App Store on an iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple’s website; Google Play on Android; or kure.app if you subscribed directly. Deleting the App Does Not Cancel the Subscription
Removing Kure from your phone stops nothing. Google Play states it plainly: “When you uninstall the app, your subscription won’t cancel.”1Google Play Help. Charges will keep coming until you cancel through the steps below.
Cancel on iPhone or iPad
If you subscribed through the App Store, cancel from your device settings:
- Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Find and tap the Kure subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
If there is no Cancel button, or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.2Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Cancel on a Mac or Through Apple’s Website
You do not need your phone. On a Mac, open the App Store, click your name, then Account Settings. Scroll to Subscriptions, click Manage, select Kure, and click Cancel Subscription.2Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple
In any browser, go to account.apple.com, sign in, open Subscriptions, and cancel there. Useful if your device is lost or broken.
Cancel on Android
On Android, the path goes through your device settings rather than the Play Store app:
- Open Settings.
- Tap Google, tap your name, then Manage your Google Account.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Manage subscriptions.
- Select Kure and tap Cancel subscription.

Cancel a Subscription Bought Through Kure’s Website
If you subscribed directly through Kure, cancellation happens on their site. According to a Kure developer response, direct subscriptions can “normally be canceled via our website under ‘Manage my subscription.'”3Apple App Store. Kure: Healing Hypnosis Sign in at kure.app, find subscription or billing settings, and follow the prompts.
Kure’s terms say that if you want to terminate your account, “You may simply discontinue using the Service.”4Kure. Kure Terms and Conditions Do not rely on that. Stopping use of the app is not the same as stopping the billing. Cancel through the subscription page and save any confirmation.
Getting a Refund for a Charge You Already Paid
Canceling stops the next charge. For a renewal that already hit your account, you can ask for a refund, but the process depends on where you paid.
Apple
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in. Choose “Request a refund,” pick a reason, select the Kure charge, and submit.5Apple Support. Request a Refund for Apps or Content That You Bought From Apple Apple reviews each request, and eligibility can vary by region. There is no stated hard deadline, but filing sooner helps.
Google Play
Within 48 hours of a subscription purchase, you may be eligible for a refund depending on the details.6Google Play Help. What Happens After You Cancel
You keep access to Kure’s paid features until the end of the billing period you already paid for. On Apple, you will see a message such as “If you cancel now, you can still access your subscription until [end date].” Google Play behaves the same way.
Watch for a confirmation email or an updated status in your subscription settings showing an end date. If the subscription still shows as active with no end date, the cancellation may not have gone through. Repeat the steps before the next billing cycle so you are not charged again.
