How to Cancel InteleTravel: Refunds, Timing, and PlanNet

To cancel InteleTravel, send a written request to customerservice@inteletravel.com or by certified mail to the company’s Delray Beach headquarters, stating clearly that you are terminating your Independent Contractor Agreement and including your full name, Agent ID, and the email on your account. The enrollment fee is $179.99 and the recurring charge is $39.95 per month, so the sooner your written request lands, the less you pay. If you enrolled through PlanNet Marketing, you’ll need to cancel that separately.

Gather Your Account Details First

Before you send anything, pull together what InteleTravel needs to locate and close your account: your full legal name as it appears on the account, the email address tied to billing, and your InteleTravel Agent ID number assigned when you enrolled. If you signed up through PlanNet Marketing, find your separate PlanNet IR ID number too.

Log into your advisor Back Office at inteletravel.com while you still have access. Download or screenshot anything you want to keep: commission statements, booking confirmations for active client trips, and your original enrollment confirmation showing the date you joined. That enrollment date decides whether you qualify for the 30-day money-back guarantee or the first-year profit guarantee, so don’t rely on memory.

How to Send the Cancellation

InteleTravel requires cancellation in writing. The most direct route is emailing customerservice@inteletravel.com with a clear subject line such as “Advisor Account Cancellation Request.” Include your full name, Agent ID, the email on file, and an unambiguous statement that you are terminating your Independent Contractor Agreement effective immediately.1InteleTravel. For a verifiable paper trail, send the same written cancellation by certified mail with return receipt requested to InteleTravel’s U.S. headquarters at 1625 South Congress Ave., Suite 100, Delray Beach, FL 33445. Certified mail creates a postal record proving the company received your request on a specific date, which is the strongest evidence you can have if a dispute arises later.1InteleTravel. Contact InteleTravel

You can also reach U.S. support at 1 (800) 873-5353, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET and weekends from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET. Treat the call as backup only. Follow it with a written email or letter confirming what was discussed, because a phone call alone leaves you with no proof of when you requested cancellation.1InteleTravel. Contact InteleTravel

If you’re close to a refund deadline, send by email and certified mail simultaneously so timeliness is not in question.

Are You Owed a Refund?

Two InteleTravel policies can put money back in your pocket, depending on when you cancel.

Within 30 Days of Enrollment

If you’re still within your first 30 days as an advisor, canceling in writing entitles you to what InteleTravel describes as a “100% refund of enrollment fees paid” — the full $179.99. Any commissions or bonuses you earned during those 30 days are deducted from the refund. The clock starts on your enrollment date, not the date you first log in or complete training.2InteleTravel. Advisor Benefits

After a Full Year: The Profit Guarantee

InteleTravel offers a separate guarantee for advisors who stay a full year but don’t break even. If your total earnings from commissions, bonuses, and savings on discount travel purchases fall short of the enrollment fee and monthly access fees you paid during your first year, InteleTravel says it will refund the difference.2InteleTravel. Advisor Benefits

The catch is a long list of conditions you must have met throughout the year:

  • Completed basic training within 90 days and attended at least four training webinars over the year.
  • Sold at least one cruise or vacation package through an InteleTravel preferred partner that either sailed or was paid in full.
  • Made at least one hotel reservation with a completed stay each quarter.
  • Created your free InteleTravel website within 90 days and kept it live for the full year, and ordered business cards within 90 days.
  • Completed at least one specialist course with a preferred partner within 90 days.
  • Maintained active status with no payment failures, credit holds, or agreement violations for the entire year.

You must submit the profit guarantee request in writing within 30 days after your one-year enrollment anniversary. Miss that window and the guarantee expires no matter how well you met the other requirements. Only one claim per advisor is allowed.2InteleTravel. Advisor Benefits

Most departing advisors won’t qualify. The quarterly hotel booking requirement alone trips up anyone who joined but didn’t actively sell travel. Check the criteria honestly before counting on this refund.

PlanNet Marketing Is a Separate Cancellation

Many InteleTravel advisors enrolled through PlanNet Marketing, which operates the recruiting and network marketing side. These are two separate companies with two separate agreements and two separate billing cycles. Canceling InteleTravel does not automatically cancel PlanNet, and vice versa. If you only cancel one, the other keeps charging you.3PlanNet Marketing. PlanNet Marketing Independent Representative Agreement

To cancel PlanNet, send a written request by email to Support@PlanNetMarketing.com. Your notice must include your signature, printed name, address, and IR ID number. PlanNet charges a separate $19.95 monthly fee that continues until they receive written cancellation.3PlanNet Marketing. PlanNet Marketing Independent Representative Agreement

PlanNet has its own refund policy: a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on initial fees paid. If you want a refund alongside your cancellation, you must request it within 30 days of canceling. Any bonuses and commissions previously paid to you are deducted from the refund. Mobile app fees and event tickets are nonrefundable.4PlanNet Marketing. Refund Policy

One asymmetry worth knowing: if InteleTravel terminates your advisor status for any reason, PlanNet’s policies state that your PlanNet IR account is immediately terminated as well, since there’s no travel product to sell without InteleTravel access. The reverse isn’t true. Canceling PlanNet doesn’t end your InteleTravel enrollment.

What Happens After InteleTravel Processes Your Request

Once the cancellation is processed, you lose access to the advisor Back Office, training materials, booking engines, and your InteleTravel-hosted website. Any client bookings that were already confirmed and paid for should travel as scheduled because the suppliers — cruise lines, hotels, tour operators — hold those reservations directly. You won’t be able to make changes or manage those bookings through InteleTravel’s systems after your account closes, so confirm the status of each active trip with the supplier directly before you finalize.

If you qualified for a refund under either guarantee, it typically goes back to the original payment method. The $39.95 monthly charge should stop once the resignation is processed. Save your confirmation email or certified mail receipt. If you don’t receive written confirmation within a few business days, follow up by phone and email.

If the Charges Don’t Stop

If InteleTravel keeps billing your card after you’ve canceled in writing, you have real legal protections.

The FTC’s Click-to-Cancel rule, which took effect in 2025, requires that canceling a subscription be as simple as signing up for one. If you enrolled online, the company must let you cancel online without forcing you through extra steps like mandatory phone calls or retention pitches. Businesses can offer alternatives like a discounted rate or account pause, but they cannot block your cancellation if you decline.5Federal Trade Commission. Federal Trade Commission Announces Final Click-to-Cancel Rule

Charges that hit your credit card after you’ve canceled in writing may qualify as billing errors under federal law. The Fair Credit Billing Act gives you 60 days from the date a charge appears on your statement to dispute it in writing with your credit card issuer. The issuer must acknowledge your dispute within 30 days and resolve it within 90 days. While the investigation is ongoing, the issuer cannot try to collect the disputed amount or report it as delinquent.6Office of the Law Revision Counsel. US Code Title 15 – Section 1666

Your liability for unauthorized credit card charges is capped at $50 under federal law. Debit card protections are weaker and depend on how quickly you report the problem, so credit cards give you more recourse for recurring subscription disputes.7Federal Trade Commission. Using Credit Cards and Disputing Charges

When you dispute, send the copy of your original cancellation email or your certified mail return receipt along with the disputed statement. That documentation is exactly what the issuer needs to rule the charges in your favor.
