Canceling Auto-Replenishment
Auto-replenishment keeps shipping and billing until you actively turn it off. To stop it:

When the Website Will Not Cooperate

In your email, include the order number, the email address on the account, and a clear statement that you are canceling. Ask for written confirmation. If you are inside the 14-day trial window and the return portal is broken, name the delivery date and list the items. Keep copies of everything. Responses can take several business days, and consumer complaints frequently cite continued charges after cancellation attempts. Disputing a Charge After Cancellation
