To cancel a FitFlow subscription, you go to the same place you signed up: Apple’s subscription settings if you subscribed on an iPhone or iPad, Google Play if you subscribed on Android, or your profile on fitflow.ai if you subscribed on the website. FitFlow can’t cancel a subscription that Apple or Google is billing you for, and that mismatch is the single most common reason people think they’ve canceled but keep getting charged.
Check Your Statement First
Before changing any settings, pull up your credit card or bank statement and look at the billing descriptor on the most recent FitFlow charge. “APPLE.COM/BILL” means Apple is processing the payment. “GOOGLE*FITFLOW” or “GOOGLE SERVICES” means Google Play. If the charge shows FitFlow’s name directly, you signed up through the website. Match the descriptor to the right cancellation path below and you’ll get it done on the first try.
Cancel on iPhone or iPad
Open the Settings app, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find FitFlow in the list, tap it, tap Cancel Subscription, and confirm.1Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple You keep access through the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for; canceling just stops the next renewal.
If FitFlow doesn’t appear in your Subscriptions list, the charge isn’t coming through Apple. Recheck the billing descriptor on your statement, or look up your Apple purchase history at reportaproblem.apple.com to confirm.
Cancel on Android
Open Settings, tap Google, then tap your name and Manage your Google Account. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Manage subscriptions. Tap FitFlow and select Cancel subscription.2Google Play. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play As with Apple, access continues until the current billing period ends.
Cancel on the FitFlow Website
If you subscribed directly at fitflow.ai, log in and open your profile settings. The cancellation option lives there. Canceling a trial follows the same rule as canceling a paid plan: use the platform where you started it. Trial through the App Store, cancel in Apple’s settings. Trial on the website, cancel in your FitFlow profile. There isn’t a separate trial-only system.
Getting a Refund
FitFlow’s default position is that payments are non-refundable, including for unused portions of a trial or subscription.4FitFlow. Subscription Terms – FitFlow A few narrow exceptions exist:
- Results-based refund: if you followed the program for at least 7 consecutive days within the first 28 days of purchase and didn’t see visible results, you can email support@fitflow.ai and request a refund. Confirm the Cancellation Went Through
Once you cancel, screenshot the confirmation screen. Apple and Google both display the date your remaining access expires; on the FitFlow website, save the confirmation message. Check your email for a confirmation, and if nothing arrives within a day or two, log back in and verify the subscription status actually changed. Most “I canceled but still got charged” complaints trace back to a cancellation that didn’t go through or was attempted on the wrong platform.
If You’re Charged After Canceling
Start with FitFlow support at support@fitflow.ai, attaching your cancellation screenshot and the date you canceled. For Apple or Google subscriptions, contact those platforms directly, since FitFlow doesn’t control their billing.
