How to Cancel Factor Meals: Website, App, Phone, or Chat

To cancel Factor meals, sign in on the website or app, open Plan Settings, and click Deactivate Plan — then work through the retention offers and reason survey to confirm. The one detail that decides whether you get charged again: finish the cancellation by 11:59 PM Central Time at least five days before your next scheduled delivery.1Factor. The Five-Day Cutoff

Factor locks in your next order five days before it ships. If your box normally arrives on Tuesday, your cutoff is 11:59 PM CT the previous Thursday. Miss it and the system processes your next order automatically and charges the card on file.

Depending on plan size, that charge runs from roughly $70 for four meals to over $250 for twenty meals per week, plus shipping. Check your delivery schedule before you start.

Canceling on the Website

  4. Pick a reason from the dropdown and click Deactivate Now.

The reason-for-leaving screen isn’t optional. Select something and move on. Deactivate Now is the step that actually ends the subscription.

Canceling on the Mobile App

The app follows the same path with the buttons in slightly different spots. Tap the Profile icon (bottom-right on iPhone, or the hamburger menu on some Android versions), open Plan Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap Deactivate Plan. If the Deactivate Plan button is greyed out or missing, force-close the app and reopen it. Switching to a desktop browser is the most reliable fallback.

Canceling by Phone or Chat

If the site or app gives you trouble, call Factor support at 888-573-5727.4Factor. You can also start a live chat from the contact page at factor75.com by clicking Chat Now, which opens the virtual assistant and can route you to an agent.

The support email is help@factor75.com, but no official Factor page confirms that emailing a request actually cancels the plan the way the site, app, or a phone call does. If you send an email, follow up with a call or check your account status to make sure it went through.

Skip a Week Instead

If you just need a break, skipping is simpler and keeps your account active. The same cutoff applies: make the change by 11:59 PM CT at least five days before delivery.1Factor. If You Missed the Cutoff

Once the cutoff passes, Factor starts preparing your box and the charge goes through. The company’s general position is that changes can’t be made once a shipping label has been created. Contacting support quickly is still worth trying; if the box hasn’t left the facility, a representative may be able to intervene. Some customers are offered an account credit rather than a full refund.

If Factor won’t reverse the charge and you paid with a credit card, you can dispute the charge through your card issuer. Confirm the Cancellation

Watch for a confirmation email from Factor and save it. That email is your proof of when you canceled. Log back in and check that your plan status shows as deactivated, then watch your next billing cycle. If a charge shows up after your confirmed cancellation date, contact support with the confirmation email attached. There is no cancellation fee, so any post-cancellation charge is worth questioning right away.
