How to Cancel EasyPark Subscription or Delete Account

To cancel an EasyPark subscription, open the app, tap the three-line menu icon, tap Subscription, then Manage subscription, then Cancel subscription. That drops you from EasyPark Go to the free EasyPark Small plan starting the next month.1EasyPark. Switch or Cancel Your Product Package Your login, saved vehicles, and payment methods stay in place. Canceling the subscription and deleting the account are two different actions, and you can do one without the other.

Cancel the Subscription in the App

The full path is four taps:

  • Tap the three-line (hamburger) menu icon.
  • Tap Subscription to see your current plan.
  • Tap Manage subscription.
  • Tap Cancel subscription to confirm.

You move to EasyPark Small at the start of the following month. If you cancel partway through a billing cycle, a discount may apply to your final month rather than a full charge.1EasyPark. Switch or Cancel Your Product Package

You can still park on the Small plan. There’s no monthly fee, but a service fee is added to each parking session instead of the flat monthly rate.2EasyPark. Which Subscription Plans Does EasyPark Offer?

If You Subscribed Through Apple or Google

Canceling inside the EasyPark app only works if the subscription was set up directly with EasyPark. If you signed up through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the billing is managed by Apple or Google, and the charge can continue even after you cancel inside EasyPark.

On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel EasyPark from there. On Android, open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, and cancel from that list. If you aren’t sure where the subscription originated, check both places.

What Happens After You Cancel

The cancellation takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You keep your paid plan for the rest of the current month, then move to EasyPark Small with no monthly fee.1EasyPark. Switch or Cancel Your Product Package Parking sessions you already started are billed as usual, since those charges are separate from the subscription fee.

Before you cancel, check for unpaid parking sessions. Outstanding balances don’t disappear with your subscription. EasyPark can send unpaid amounts to a third-party collection agency, and an unresolved debt tied to your license plate could cause problems if you park in an EasyPark-managed lot later.

If You Also Want to Delete the Account

Canceling the subscription leaves your account open on the free plan. If you want your profile, payment details, and parking history removed from EasyPark’s system entirely, that’s a separate step and it’s permanent.

In the app, open the menu, tap Account, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. Follow the prompts to confirm. You’ll get a confirmation once the deletion is processed.3EasyPark. Close Account

From a browser, go to customer.easypark.net, log in, scroll to the bottom, and click Delete Account.4EasyPark. Delete Your EasyPark Account If neither option works, email post@easypark.net or use the customer service contact form on EasyPark’s website. Support will ask for identifying details such as your customer number, or the mobile number, email, or license plate you registered with.5EasyPark. Close Account

Watch for the confirmation email. If it doesn’t arrive within a day or two, follow up, because a failed deletion can leave your payment method on file.

Business Accounts Work Differently

A business account can’t be closed through the app. You have to submit a written termination request through EasyPark’s customer service contact form, and the notice period is the current month plus one additional month. A request submitted in March closes the account at the end of April.6EasyPark. Close My EasyPark Business Account
