To cancel a Creative Fabrica subscription, sign in on the website, open My Account, click Subscriptions, then Manage My Subscription, then End Your Subscription, and confirm. The whole thing takes about two minutes. The Four Steps in Your Account
- Log in and go to My Account, then click Subscriptions.
- Click “manage my subscription” next to your active plan.
- On the subscription details page, click “end your subscription.”
- Click “End Subscription” to confirm. A confirmation page loads.

Canceling a Free Trial Before It Converts
The trial is where people get caught. Creative Fabrica’s free trial gives you 10 downloads at no cost and converts into a paid subscription under whichever condition hits first: the trial period ends, or you use up your credits. On the All Access plan, the conversion happens the moment you use your 10th download. On the Studio AI plan, it triggers when you exhaust the Coins included in your trial.4Creative Fabrica. If you download 10 items on day one, the trial is over and you are billed immediately. Cancel using the same steps above, but do it before hitting the download cap. Once the conversion happens, the no-refund policy applies.
When the Cancel Button Isn’t There
If your subscription status shows “activating” rather than “active,” the self-service cancellation button doesn’t appear. If you paid with PayPal, you can also revoke Creative Fabrica’s billing authorization from inside your PayPal account to block future charges.7PayPal. Cutting off payment through PayPal alone can leave your account showing an active subscription with failing charges attached to it.
Refunds Are Not Available
Creative Fabrica treats all subscription payments as final because the products are digital and delivered instantly. That covers partial periods, unused months on an annual plan, and renewals you forgot to cancel in time.1Creative Fabrica. What Is the Refund Policy? Refund Policy The stated exception is a genuinely faulty product, such as a corrupted file or something that doesn’t match its description. Set a calendar reminder a few days before your renewal date if you’re unsure about continuing. Once the charge processes, the money is gone.
What You Can Still Do With Your Downloads
Anything you designed and started selling while your subscription was active stays covered forever. T-shirts, prints, banners, or other products made using subscription fonts and graphics can keep selling, and you don’t need to pull existing listings.9Creative Fabrica. Subscription License
New products are a different matter. Once your subscription expires, you generally cannot use downloaded fonts, graphics, or embroidery designs to create new items for sale. For embroidery specifically, you can keep selling physical pieces you already stitched, but you cannot stitch the design onto new products.10Creative Fabrica. Craft files are the exception. Files found in Creative Fabrica’s “Crafts” category, such as SVG cut files, remain usable for new projects after your subscription ends.9Creative Fabrica. Subscription License
Deleting the Account Is Separate
Cancellation stops billing but leaves your account intact. To delete the account itself, open My Account, click “Edit Details & Password” in the left menu, scroll to the bottom, and click “Remove Account.” You can also go directly to creativefabrica.com/my-account/delete-account/. Deleting the account doesn’t automatically erase all personal data.
