To cancel a Breeze mental health subscription, you have to cancel in the same place you signed up: through Apple if you subscribed on an iPhone or iPad, through Google Play if you’re on Android, or through Breeze’s website portal if you subscribed at breeze-wellbeing.com. Canceling in the wrong place won’t stop the charges.
Check Where You’re Being Billed
Pull up your bank or card statement and look at how the charge is labeled. “Apple.com/bill” means Apple is handling the subscription. “GOOGLE*Breeze” means Google Play. A line item from “Breeze” or “BSNJ” means you signed up directly on the website.
If your statement isn’t clear, search your email for “Breeze” or “subscription confirmation.” The original receipt names the platform that processed the payment and shows your signup date.
Cancel on iPhone or iPad
Breeze itself can’t cancel an Apple-billed subscription. You have to do it from your device:1Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the Breeze subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
If there’s no cancel button and you see an expiration date in red, the subscription is already canceled. If you’re on a free or discounted trial, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends or Apple will bill you for the next cycle.1Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple You keep access to premium features until your current paid period runs out.
Cancel on Android
Google Play controls Android billing. Open the Play Store app and:2Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play
- Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Select Breeze.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the confirmation prompts.
Google may ask why you’re canceling. You don’t have to answer. Your access continues to the end of the paid period, and no further charges will hit your payment method.
Cancel a Direct Website Subscription
If you signed up at breeze-wellbeing.com, Apple and Google can’t help you, and the app’s settings won’t do anything either. Breeze uses a separate cancellation page.
Go to breeze-wellbeing.com/cancel-subscription/login/ and enter the email tied to your account. Breeze will email you a “magic login link.” Open the email and click the link to finish canceling.3bsnjsupport Help Center. Confirm It Actually Went Through
You should get a confirmation email at your registered address. Save it. If it doesn’t show up, log back into whichever platform you used and verify the subscription status reads as canceled. Then watch your bank statement on the next billing date to make sure no new charge appears.
Ask for a Refund
Canceling stops future charges. It does not automatically return money you’ve already paid. Where you ask depends on who billed you.
Apple Purchases
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, find the Breeze charge, and select Request a refund.4Apple Support. Request a Refund for Apps or Content That You Bought From Apple Apple doesn’t publish a fixed deadline, and approval isn’t guaranteed, but accidental purchases and charges from forgotten trials have a reasonable chance.

If it doesn’t get fixed, take it to your bank or card issuer. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, you can dispute a billing error by sending written notice to your card issuer within 60 days of the statement date showing the unauthorized charge. The notice has to identify your account, the charge you’re disputing, and why you believe it’s wrong. The issuer then has two billing cycles, no more than 90 days, to investigate and resolve it.8Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 1666 – Correction of Billing Errors
If the charges are hitting a debit card or bank account, the Electronic Fund Transfer Act lets you stop preauthorized recurring transfers by notifying your bank at least three business days before the next scheduled payment date. Your bank may ask for written confirmation within 14 days if you make the stop-payment request orally.9Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 1693e – Preauthorized Transfers
Federal rules also require that canceling be at least as easy as signing up. If you enrolled online, the company has to let you cancel online, not force you onto a phone call.10eCFR. 16 CFR 425.6 – Simple Cancellation (Click to Cancel) You can report violations to the FTC at ftc.gov/complaint.
