To cancel Boost Collective, email support@boost-collective.com before your next renewal date and ask the team to end your Pro subscription, or cancel a promotional campaign from the Settings area of your dashboard.1Boost Collective. Terms of Service Before you do either, know this: canceling Pro pulls any music you distributed through Boost Collective off Spotify, Apple Music, and the other stores the platform delivers to.2Boost Collective. Move Your Music Before You Cancel

The moment your Pro subscription ends, your distributed releases come down from streaming platforms.2Boost Collective. What happens when I cancel my Boost Collective Pro subscription Streams, playlist placements, save counts, and whatever algorithmic momentum those tracks have built go with them.

If you want to keep that history, sign up with another distributor and use their claim process to transfer your existing releases before you cancel. Timing is the whole game. If Boost Collective removes your tracks before the new distributor has delivered them, the listings that carried your streaming history are gone. Get the new distributor set up and ready to deliver, then cancel.

In your message, include the email address on the account and state plainly that you want to cancel your Pro subscription. Save the email you send and any reply. That written record is what protects you if a charge shows up later.

After sending, check your account settings to confirm the subscription status has changed. If your renewal date is close, don’t wait on a response before following up. Cancellation has to be processed before the renewal to avoid another charge.1Boost Collective. Terms of Service

Canceling a Campaign

A promotional campaign, such as a playlist pitch, is a separate purchase from your Pro subscription, and you cancel it from your dashboard rather than by email:

  • Log in to your Boost Collective account.
  • Open Settings from the dashboard.
  • Select “Manage ongoing campaigns,” then choose the campaign you want to cancel.

If your campaigns aren’t visible or the process stalls, email support@boost-collective.com and the team will cancel it for you.4Boost Collective. How to cancel an ongoing campaign

Refunds

Refunds on Pro subscriptions are at Boost Collective’s discretion. The terms make no promise of a prorated refund for the unused portion of a billing period, so canceling well before your renewal date is more useful than canceling right after one.1Boost Collective. Terms of Service

Campaigns have their own rules. If Boost Collective has not pitched your music to the advertised number of playlists within 10 days of purchase, you can request a refund. If the advertised pitches still haven’t been fulfilled at 17 days, the refund is automatic. A narrower refund is also available if a distributor takes down your music for fake stream detection, but it comes with strict conditions: no other promotion company used in the prior 12 months, view-only access shared to your Spotify for Artists account for verification, and the campaign purchased or still running within 30 days of the takedown.1Boost Collective. If You’re Still Charged After Canceling

Start with support@boost-collective.com and attach your cancellation confirmation. Most post-cancellation charges happen because the request landed after the renewal date processed, and support can usually reverse it.

If the company doesn’t respond or refuses, your bank or card issuer is the next stop. You can ask your bank to stop payment on future recurring charges, though most banks want that request at least three business days before the next scheduled charge.
