To cancel Adult Time, go to Segpay’s consumer portal at cs.segpay.com if you signed up through the website, or cancel through your iPhone or Android subscription settings if you signed up on a phone. Do it at least 48 hours before your next renewal date, or you’ll be charged for another billing cycle.1Adult Time. Terms and Conditions
Find Out Who Is Actually Billing You
Pull up a recent bank or credit card statement before you do anything else. AdultTime directs all billing questions and cancellations to Segpay,2Adult Time. Adult Time Login but the charge on your statement will only say Segpay if you subscribed directly on the website. If you signed up inside the app on an iPhone or Android device, the charge appears under Apple or Google instead.
This matters because canceling on the wrong platform does nothing. Telling Segpay to stop billing has no effect if Apple is the one running the charge, and Apple can’t cancel a Segpay subscription. Confirm the merchant name first, then use the matching path below.
Cancel Through Segpay
Go to cs.segpay.com. To pull up your account, you’ll need two of these three identifiers: the credit card you used to sign up, the email address you registered with, or the Purchase ID from your original confirmation email.3Segpay. How to Cancel Your Secure Segpay Payment Account If the confirmation email is long gone, the card number plus your email will do it.
Once your subscription loads, follow the prompts to cancel. Segpay issues a confirmation number when the cancellation goes through. Save it. Screenshot the page or forward the confirmation email to yourself, because it’s your evidence if a charge shows up later.
If the portal gives you trouble, Segpay also accepts cancellations by phone at 1-866-450-4000 for U.S. callers, by email at segpay@segpay.com, and through live chat on the same portal.3Segpay. How to Cancel Your Secure Segpay Payment Account
Cancel Through Apple or Google Play
On an iPhone, open Settings, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, find AdultTime, and tap Cancel Subscription.4Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple Your subscription stays active until the current period ends, so canceling doesn’t cut off access immediately.
On Android, open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, then Payments & Subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Select AdultTime and tap Cancel Subscription. Same rule: access continues through whatever you’ve already paid for. Neither Apple nor Google will send you back to Segpay for this, and Segpay can’t cancel it for you either.
Cancel At Least 48 Hours Before Renewal
AdultTime’s terms require cancellation at least 48 hours before your subscription renews.1Adult Time. Terms and Conditions Miss that window and you’ll be charged for the next cycle, then you’re stuck waiting for it to expire. Most people don’t remember the exact day they signed up, so check your renewal date in the Segpay portal or in your app store subscription settings, then count back from there.
If you’re not sure whether you’re inside the 48-hour window, cancel anyway. Trying and being late is better than not trying and getting billed for another month or year by default.
What Happens After You Cancel
Your access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for. When that period ends, the account goes inactive and you can no longer stream.
AdultTime does not prorate. The refund policy states that partial-month membership periods are nonrefundable, and fees are nonrefundable once you’ve used your login to access the site.5Adult Time. Refund Policy Cancel two days into a monthly cycle and you keep access for the rest of the month, but no money comes back. The only realistic path to getting money back is a dispute over a charge that hit after you canceled or one you never authorized in the first place.
If Charges Keep Coming After You Cancel
Which protection applies depends on whether the charge hit a credit card or a debit card. Try Segpay or the app store first and keep records of the attempt; a bank dispute goes better when you can show you tried the normal channel.
Credit Card Charges
The Fair Credit Billing Act gives you 60 days from the date of the billing statement to dispute a charge in writing with your card issuer.6Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 1666 – Correction of Billing Errors Your letter needs your name, account number, the amount you’re disputing, and why you think it’s wrong. Send it to the billing inquiries address on your statement, not the payment address. Certified mail with return receipt is worth the small cost for the paper trail.
During the investigation, the issuer cannot collect the disputed amount or report it as delinquent. Most card issuers also let you file a dispute online or by phone, but the statute’s protections are triggered by the written notice.
Debit Card and Bank Account Charges
Debit charges fall under Regulation E. You can stop a preauthorized recurring transfer by notifying your bank at least three business days before the scheduled payment.7Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. 12 CFR 1005.10 – Preauthorized Transfers If you call, the bank can require you to send written confirmation within 14 days, so ask about that on the phone.8eCFR. 12 CFR 1005.10 – Preauthorized Transfers
If an unauthorized debit already posted, how fast you report it drives your liability. Report within two business days and your exposure is capped at $50. Between two days and 60 days from your statement, the cap rises to $500. Past 60 days, you could be liable for the full amount of any further unauthorized transfers.9Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. 12 CFR 1005.6 – Liability of Consumer for Unauthorized Transfers Report fast.
Chargebacks Are the Last Step
A chargeback should be your fallback, not your opening move. Cancel through Segpay or the app store first and save the confirmation. A chargeback filed without any prior attempt to resolve the charge can be denied, and if the merchant can show you had a valid subscription and never canceled through proper channels, the bank may side with them.
Deleting Your Data
Canceling stops future charges. It does not delete your account or your personal information. AdultTime’s privacy policy says the company keeps personal information, including payment data, for “legitimate business requirements” such as legal compliance and billing, without stating a fixed retention period.10Adult Time. Privacy Policy
To have your data removed, submit a separate deletion request using the method listed in the privacy policy, usually an email address or web form. Several state privacy laws give residents an enforceable right to request deletion, and covered businesses generally must respond within 45 days. A written request creates a record either way, and many companies process them regardless of where the requester lives. Check the current privacy policy for the exact contact method.10Adult Time.
